As made to measure blinds are made to your specification, before you return items to us you will need to speak to our customer service team. You can either call us on the number at the top of the website, or email us by clicking the contact us link at the top of the page.
As stated in our terms and conditions, there is no automatic right to cancel orders once they have been placed. In the event of a problem with an order, we will try and help as much as we can, and if a blind has not entered production, it may be possible for us to cancel your order. Once a blind enters production it is not possible to cancel an order. We urge customers to check carefully and closely all their details prior to placing the order to avoid disappointment, and if there is any doubt over your requirements that you speak to one of our customer service team for advice.
