By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. If you are cancelling your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item(s) and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

If you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred. Where you are returning a full order, we will refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred. If we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you

How will I be refunded?

All refunds must be made to the credit or debit card used to make the payment at the time of purchase. We endeavour to make all refunds to your credit card or PayPal account within 2 working days of receiving the retuned items. Please note, this does not include your bank's processing time. On the date the refund is completed, we'll send you an e-mail message confirming the date, amount, and payment details. If you placed an order using a credit or debit card then the amount of the refund will be sent to you credit or debit card statement within 3 to 5 business days.

My payment card has changed/expired. How do I get a refund?

Blinds Hut is required to process all refunds to the original payment method applied when you placed your order.This regardless of whether the payment card used has now expired, or your account has been closed or cancelled. Normally, in this case a refund will automatically be processed to the same account, but we may require additional information from you in order to do this.In the event this is not possible our customer service team will make suitable alternative arrangements.

I haven’t received my refund. What should I do?

If 6 business days have passed since you received a refund confirmation e-mail, please contact us. We will confirm the return status and provide a refund reference number, which your bank can use to track the payment. Returned or rejected refunds will be reissued by Bank Transfer or Gift Certificate. We may require additional information from you in this regard.
